Vista Palo Alto's holdings are in real estate, businesses, and securities. 100% of our commercial real estate holdings (see our US Headquarter) are, and will be, occupied by companies we own and manage. The synergy and leverage that comes from such an arrangement is extremely beneficial, while reducing risks significantly. Our businesses engage in design, manufacturing, and distribution through eCommerce and retail. We only purchase proven businesses that can benefit from the experties of the Board of Directors, and have significant sustainable competitive advantages. Our equity investments are diversified from untra-high dividend financials to index and foreign funds.
